The rotten-egg or sewer odor you smell is likely from bacteria build up in the drain or toilet, a dry P-trap or a buildup of organic waster. Bleach and other alternatives are not long-term fixes for this type of plumbing issue. It is best to have the drain cleaned and the dry traps refilled in order to get rid of the odor, instead of masking it with chemicals.
If your toilet is constantly running water it usually means the flapper or fill valve inside the tank isn’t sealing correctly. If you're comfortable, take the the lid off the back of the tank and see if the flapper (should be attached to a chain) is properly sealed. Hardware inside of the toilet often goes bad and should be replaced when issues become apparent. A running toilet can cost hundreds of gallons of water a day. Replacing those parts is inexpensive and easy for a plumber to handle same day.
Low water pressure is usually caused by build up inside the pipes, a bad pressure regulator or a half closed shut-off valve. In some cases, it can be caused by a hidden leak or an issue with the main water line.
