Furnace over 10 years old?
Time to throw the red flag
If your furnace is over 10 years old, it's worth a closer look before the cold really hits. Older furnaces can develop a cracked heat exchanger, and that can leak carbon monoxide into your home. For $89, our team tunes it up, tests for carbon monoxide, and inspects the heat exchanger. It's first come, first served. Once Dad's generosity budget is gone, it's gone.

What's included for $89?
A full furnace tune-up, a carbon monoxide test, and a heat exchanger inspection. One visit, one price.
Why does an older furnace need a carbon monoxide test?
Over time, the heat exchanger inside a furnace can crack. A crack can let carbon monoxide into your home, and you usually can't see it or smell it. Testing is how you know.
What is a heat exchanger?
It's the part of your furnace that heats your air while keeping combustion gases out of it. If it cracks, those gases can get into the air you breathe.
What if you find a problem?
We show you what we found and explain your options in plain English. No pressure. You decide what happens next.
How many slots are there?
30 per market. It's first come, first served, and once the slots are booked, the offer is done.
